Joyeux Noel, Blessings and Merry Christmas faithful followers.

I have been away from my blog for such a long time, and have been busy with many things......however, it is too late tonight to catch up as it's nearly bedtime....but....I shall be catching up properly over the next few days as now I have a peaceful and relaxed time to do so.

Thank you to everyone who has stayed with me.....I'm sorry, but not surprised to have lost three followers....I can hardly believe that it is 9 months since I wrote last......but I had such a lot to catch up with in both in the garden and my home after the "lost chemo year" of 2014.......and then there  was the artwork to try to get back into, and I've actuall managed to get an Etsy shop up and running at last.....but that is enough for tonight.....I would like to wish everyone a blessed Christmas time of peace, joy and hope for 2016 x

A Christmas corner of my workroom....the weather has been unusually mild for winter, with some plants getting confused and starting to blooom! I'm sure the cold will eventually arrive and those poor plants will then go into shock.

Merry Christmas Ellen
I am finding it difficult to blog , and I'm not sure why , I may try to make it more fun and more interesting in the new year
{ I have to pray on this , think about this } Even if I don't have many followers .... maybe I want to get back into blogging , maybe it would be good for me .... ha ha ..... but right now I think of it as work { and that's not good }
I hope you have a wonderful New Year

Hello Sandi.....and Merry Christmas!

I know just what you mean....so many times over the last 9 months I have meant to write just something in my blog, but I too have found it difficult....also, I have always kept a handwritten journal but just havent been able to keep that up either, and am not sure why.
I am doing a lot of praying for direction with my creativity....I've managed to get an Etsy shop up and running and am aware that it will probably take a long time for folk to find me, but I also have lots of ideas in the background but need confirmation for the direction etc.
I have a feeling that not so many folk are reading Blogger now....unless you have a really exciting and interesting page, and I do know that my facebook textile art page has generated a lot more interest.....but as I'm not a "pusher" I think things will always go more slowly for me.
I think I need to change the look of my blog too....if I can face it! I shall have a go in the New Year.....sending you Blessings for 2016.

It's a little late to wish you a Merry Christmas, but not to wish you a healthy, safe, beautiful New Year.

Hello Sandi,

As I havent yet tried to add links to my Blogger page, I shall put them here, and hope that you will be able to access them until I get my page updated....I need to change it all and learn how to make it more interesting too as it looks a bit boring to me at the moment, but as you say....all this internet stuff takes time but I guess it has to be done....I know tht I need to make more effort and have committed myself mentallly to do so this year.
My shop is very new, but a start and I have lots of ideas of things that I want to make so must get properly organised....I'm also with an exhibiting art group and the work that I make for that is very different to the small piece I'm hoping to sell, but making these pieces is more like therapy and a rest from the more serious work.

Youve "hit the nail on the head" with Trusting....and Prasiing :) "in due season we shall reap a harvest, if we faint not".......
Happy & Blessed new Year Sandi
