OF FIBRE AND LIFE... Bits and pieces of cloth sewn or glued together curtain the world. Bits and pieces of knowledge skillfully intertwined make up the study of history. Every civilization has this tradition of squirreling away precious fragments untill they are needed to create a whole. Works of art, especially in the 20th century are often nothing more than ordered fragmentations- with each fragment carrying it's own cultural load.

I'm still here
I'm going through a bit of a "health scare" at the moment, so there's been no time for blogging amongst tests and scans. Trusting God, and staying positive whilst awaiting the results, but feel new direction coming in my creative work whatever the outcome.....will hear the findings later this week x
Yes not a good place to be, the waiting is the worst part. My scan came up clear on the worry and showed up something else. Something I would never have bothered the Dr. with! Now waiting on an appointment on that in January. I do wish you well xx
ReplyDeleteThank you Joan x

Hello Sharon,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind message.....I have been going through chemotherapy, and it has been a rough ride, but just one more treatments to go and then the scans....I am feeling much better now, so praying that all is well and that I will soon have the "all-clear"....I really should get back to my blog, but it has been hard to keep up with things....but thank you for the "prompt"...I shall be back soon. Ellen.
